Expenses cost ramble out of contact with monetary actuality

Plans to raise expenses fees in Armenia to 30% can have damaging consequences for the Armenian community, as it will severely limit the probability of students to gain access to higher education. Tuition fees have been increased by 15% on average in-may of many public and private universities. This is disproportionate to the socio-economic development of the country, provided the students have to pay US dollar 1, 048 in college tuition per year, when minor wages are only about $ 260 per month.
